Our sausages and chorizo are all made with organic meet from local breeds. All the production has high hygienic standards and uses traditional techniques and old recipes from this ancient region.
For your pleasure, we offer a wide range of chorizo made with white meet (from chicken or turkey), pork and black pork. Our specialities are loin (lombo), black chorizo (cacholeira) and white chorizo (painho).
Please note that all our sausages are smoked with natural local holmoak wood - a Mediterranean tree (azinho) - that gives our sausages a very special taste and flavour. You can enjoy them raw, boiled or grilled.
Use them as a starter, as a snack or even at your Sunday barbecue, it will be a success. And don't forget the traditional bread and special Alentejo wine that will make all the difference.
